About Smiles Forever

Our commitment is to eliminate preventable oral health suffering and promote healthy lives.

Smiles Forever was founded with the belief that everyone deserves access to quality dental care. Since 2005, we have been a leading non-profit organization dedicated to improving oral health outcomes in remote and underserved communities, starting with our initial efforts in Bolivia. We believe healthy smiles contribute to overall well-being, confidence, and productivity, creating a ripple effect throughout families and entire communities.

We achieve our mission through a multifaceted approach:

This year, 2025, our organization proudly celebrates 25 years—our Silver Jubilee! This milestone is a testament to our impact, with over 60,000 completed treatments and partnerships with 52 beneficiary organizations, including shelters homes and centers.

20 Stories for 20 Years


A Celebration of a 20 Year Milestone

Our online auction is available from the 13th of November to the 24th of November. Bidding Begins at 5pm on the 13th and ends at 8pm on the 24th.

Unfortunately Covid 19 has put a stop to many essential medical and dental services in Bolivia. This has resulted in a multitude of patients needing emergency dental care. Covid 19 has also affected the children residing at the 42 shelters that we treat. Life saving cancer medications for children has been put on hold. Food and necessary supplies to function properly were limited during the height of the pandemic and continue.

PPE’s (gloves , masks, protective uniforms, antimicrobial agents), medical and dental supplies are scare and must be imported from other countries.

You can help us to address these urgent needs and enable us to continue to provide free quality preventative and restorative dental care for impoverished children, children severely burnt, the center for the blind, children living with their parents in jail, as well as children and families affected by HIV, alcohol, drugs, physical and emotional abuse in Bolivia.
